End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Buzz Future Media (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), governing your use of the MessageDesk mobile application (“App”).

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or business use, subject to this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the App for illegal purposes, spamming, or abusive activities.
• Circumvent or tamper with security features.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, trademarks, and content within the App remain the property of Buzz Future Media. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

4. Updates & Maintenance

We may provide updates, bug fixes, or enhancements. These are subject to this Agreement. We are not obligated to maintain or support the App indefinitely.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal data.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from the use of the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gujarat courts.
