Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms under which users (“you,” “your”) of MessageDesk, operated by Buzz Future Media (“we,” “our,” “us”), may request refunds or cancel their subscription.
By using our Service, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Free Trials & Demos
- We may offer free trials or demo accounts so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing.
- If a trial is offered, no charges will be made until the trial ends.
- Once the trial period expires, billing will automatically begin unless you cancel before renewal.
2. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellation will stop future renewals, but your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
- We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused time in a billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
We generally do not provide refunds once a payment is processed. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental charges caused by technical errors.
- Billing errors for services not received.
- Failure to deliver the Service as described, due to issues on our end.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the Service.
- Issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., internet downtime, SMS carrier restrictions, payment gateways).
4. One-Time Purchases & Add-ons
Payments for one-time purchases, credits, or add-ons (e.g., SMS/WhatsApp credits, integrations) are final and non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
- To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date at support@buzzfuture.com.
- We may require transaction details, invoices, or payment proof for verification.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method and provider.
6. Subscription Renewal Policy
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You are responsible for canceling before renewal to avoid future charges.
- No refunds are provided for auto-renewed subscriptions that were not canceled in time.
7. Termination by Us
- If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If we discontinue the Service entirely, we may provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of prepaid subscriptions.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
- If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, we may suspend or terminate your account.
- To avoid disputes, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns.
